The San Carlos Youth Center provides a perfect setting
for your child's birthday celebration!

Fridays
6:00pm-8:00pm
Saturdays & Sundays
10:00am-12:00pm, 2:00pm-4:00pm, & 6:00pm-8:00pm

$295 for 20 Guest*
2 birthday party staff
1 hour in gym with activities
lead by staff
Activities examples:
basketball, indoor soccer,
volleyball, dodgeball, realy
races and more!
30 minutes in party room for food,
cake & presents
30 minutes in gym for free play

Package
$275 for 15 Guest*
2 birthday party staff
1 hour in Arts & Crafts room
with 3 to 4 crafts planned
with activities lead
by staff. Craft
suggestion welcome.
1 hour in party room for food,

*Additional $8/child will be
charged for art supplies

40 minutes in each room with
activities planned, lead
and supervised by staff

Extras
Pizza package: $60
3 large cheese or pepperoni pizzas
Pitchers water and 2 pitchers of both apple juice and fruit punch
Sundae Bar: $50 (serves 25)
Vanilla and/or Chocolate Ice Cream
Topping:
Chocolate Syrup, Whip Cream, Sprinkles,
M&Ms, and Cherries
Additional ½ Hour: $25
Purchase an additional 30 minutes of set-up, or break down time.
Additional Guests: $10/per
Prices are based on 20 children including the birthday child.
Each additional guest is $10/child.
Additional Guest Limitations
Gym/Activity Room/Two Room Package – maximum 25 guests
Art Room Package – maximum 20 guests
Payment & Contract
Applicants will be required to pay a $100 refundable security deposit
upon signing contract which must be completed 2 weeks prior to event,
and full payment must be made 3 days prior to event.
Food Policy
If host chooses to bring their own food or cake it must be sealed from a store, deli, or bakery.
We cannot allow homemade items for health and safety regulations.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled 15-30 days prior to event date, all fees are refunded,
15 days or less and no refund is given.
