  3. Animal Control Fees - Approve New Fees & Charges for Peninsula Humane Society (PHS) for Animal Control Services (# 6g)
  4. Legal Settlements - Authorize Settlement Agreements with School Districts, Successor Agency to San Carlos RDA and City of San Carlos (# 9a, 9b)
  5. Labor Agreement - Adopt MOU with International Association of Firefighters (IAFF) Local 2400 Unit - Firefighters Unit (# 9c)
