Project Requirements
The Agency is seeking proposals to redevelop the Site into a mixed used project including housing a top ground floor commercial, and a parking structure. The requirements are as follows:
§The parking structure must replace all surface parking currently available at WheelerPlaza as well as provide for any additional parking required by uses added to the Site as a part of the project.
§Due to the Site’s prime location in the downtown, it is critical that the project provide an aesthetic that is both vibrant and interesting, but also integrates with existing development on the block and in the vicinity.
