| |  DepartmentsFinal Environmental Impact Report - Errata November 24, 2008The Winding Way Property Tax Exchange Agreement for Annexation to the City of San Carlos Draft EIR, July 2005, identified permit and approvals relative to parcels for the proposed project of the Lands of Lands of Dobel, Cameron and Grove, on Winding Way (Assessor’s Parcel Numbers: 049-020-010, 049-141-690, 049-141-680, 049-141-670, 049-141-660). The Draft EIR noted that the proposed project would be subject to: (1) Lot Line Adjustment for four or fewer on-site parcels; (2) Partial vacation of Winding Way; and (3) Abandonment of a portion of Winding Way. New text added to the Final EIR suggested that the proposed project would be subject to a Tentative Parcel Map, Parcel Map, and a Subdivision Improvement Agreement. The entitlements represented in the Draft EIR reflect the requirements for future review. Therefore, an Errata to the Final EIR is necessary to accurately reflect future process requirements. This Erratum corrects text in the Winding Way Property: Zoning District Boundary Amendment/Prezoning Final EIR, October 2008. New text that has been added to the Final EIR is indicated with underlining, and text that has been deleted is indicated with strikethrough. None of the below changes to the Final EIR introduce new impacts or result in additional significant impacts or mitigation measures, or result in an existing mitigation measure being infeasible. In addition, eighteen additional comment letters, which were not included in the Final EIR, and their responses, are also included in this Erratum. As with the text changes, none of these additional comments introduce new impacts or result in additional significant impacts or mitigation measures, or result in an existing mitigation measure being infeasible. Chapter 0, Table of Contents is amended to add Section 1.3 Errata. Chapter 1 is amended to add Section 1.3 Errata dated November 24, 2008, on pages 1-3 through 1-133.
