Final Focused EIR & Report - City Council Consideration - April 27, 2009

A Final Focused Environmental Impact Report has been prepared for the City of San Carlos to evaluate potential environmental effects of the Winding Way Annexation Project (proposed project).

The City Council held a public meeting on Monday, April 27, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers in City Hall located at 600 Elm Street in San Carlos to consider the Final Focused Environmental Impact Report, a Resolution making a determination of Property Tax Exchange and a Resolution regarding Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) Application 09-06, Proposed Annexation of Lands of Grove, Dobel et. al. to the City of San Carlos.
