Notice is hereby given that the City Council Public Hearing previously scheduled in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 600 Elm Street, San Carlos, for Tuesday evening, January 27, 2004 at 8:00 p.m. for consideration of Zoning District Boundary Amendment and Mitigated Negative Declaration for the application of Lands of Grove, Dobel and Cameron for five parcels which are currently located in the County of San Mateo and proposed to be annexed into the City of San Carlos located on Winding Way APN# 049-020-101, 049-141-660, 670, 680 and 690 pursuant to San Carlos Municipal Code Section 18.16.040 and Section 18.136 has been postponed to a date undecided. You will be notified once a hearing date has been determined.

The lots are proposed to be prezoned to R-1 LD/Low Density Single Family Residential Zoning District.
