Draft Focused Environmental Impact Report (DFEIR)
This document is a Draft Focused Environmental Impact Report (DFEIR) for the Winding Way Property Tax Exchange Agreement (proposed project), which involves adoption of a Resolution of Property Tax Exchange for the annexation of a 2.63-acre site in unincorporated San Mateo County to the City of San Carlos (City) and subsequent development of the site for single family residential use. The DFEIR includes information from the Mitigated Negtive Declaration.  The documents should, therefore, be considered together.
