NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the San Carlos City Council will hold a public meeting in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 600 Elm Street, San Carlos, on Monday evening, November 10, 2008 at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering the Final Focused Environmental Impact Report for the proposed annexation of 3.41 acres of unincorporated San Mateo County land located on Winding Way, in the Devonshire Canyon Area, adjacent to the southwestern limits of San Carlos and a Property Tax Exchange Agreement.
