            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the San Carlos City Council will hold a public meeting in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 600 Elm Street San Carlos, on Monday evening, April 27, 2009 at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering the Final Focused Environmental Impact Report for the proposed annexation of 3.41 acres of unincorporated San Mateo County  land located on Winding Way, in the Devonshire Canyon Area, adjacent to the southwestern limits of San Carlos, a Property Tax Exchange Agreement and a Resolution regarding the proposed Annexation.

            Preliminary Staff reports and the Final Focused Impact Report will be available for viewing by April 13, 2009 and may be accessed at http://www.cityofsancarlos.org/windingway/default.asp Final Focused Environmental Impact Report. City Council Staff Reports for the April 27, 2009 meeting will be available for viewing at the Planning Department and for purchase at $0.25 per page, and at www.cityofsancarlos,org under epackets beginning April 23, 2009 up to the day of the meeting. The information is also made available at the reference desk of the Library, 610 Elm Street, San Carlos.             All persons interested in the above are hereby invited to attend this meeting and be heard. If you challenge this proposal in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone someone else raised at the public meeting described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Department at, or prior to, the public meeting.
