ACC Fitness Room

Our fitness room is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It features a NuStep, recumbent bike, pulley weight system, rowing machine, free weights, stability balls and medicine balls.

How do I get started?

  1. Complete all paperwork in the Fitness Room Membership Packet (doctor waiver required).
  2. Make an appointment for an orientation by contacting Paul Scherman. Call  (650) 208-6501.
  3. Pay the membership fee of $100 per year for those 18-61 years of age, or $50 per year for residents ages 62 and older.

Diabetes Self-Management Workshop

  • Date: September 3rd, 5th, 10th, 12th, 17th & 19th
  • Time: 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.
  • Fee: Free, but registration required.

HICAP (Health Insurance Counseling & Advocacy Program)

  • Date: Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Time: 9 a.m.

SCUM (San Carlans Using Macs) Computer Club

  • Date: First Monday of each month.
  • Time: 9:30 a.m.

Blood Pressure Screening

  • Date: Third Tuesday of each month.
  • Time: 11 a.m. - Noon.
  • Fee: Free; pre-registration is not required.

AARP Driver Safety 2-Day Course

  • Date: October 1 & October 3, 2019
  • Time: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • Fee: $15 for members, $20 for non-members.

AARP Driver Safety 1-Day Refresher Course
