Throughout San Carlos, various public art can be seen, from the Balancing Act sculpture at Harrington Park, to utility box murals painted by local artists.  The second phase of the Utility Box Mural Project was completed in July 2018, and included six murals.  There are a total of 24 utility box murals all over San Carlos, as shown on the map.
