On June 17, San Mateo County Health Officer Dr. Scott Morrow issued a new health order that aligns San Mateo County with the State’s schedule for reopening. The order requires businesses to adhere to the local order’s COVID-19 safety measures and follow state guidance. The new health order emphasizes individual behavior and details the practices businesses must follow as they resume operations.

The City of San Carlos declared a State of Emergency on March 10, and its Emergency Operations Center (EOC) remains open to respond to the needs of the San Carlos community. We will continue to update the our residents as new information becomes available.
