Governor Newsom has ordered California residents to shelter in place until further notice.  This action is intended to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus and preserve critical health care capacity. Please visit the County website for questions about shelter in place

In an abundance of caution, the City of San Carlos declared a State of Emergency on March 10, and has opened its Emergency Operations Center (EOC) following the County of San Mateo’s declaration of a State of Emergency the week before. The City will continue to update the community as new information becomes available.

For those interested in getting tested for the coronavirus, please complete this screener for COVID-19 testing.  Testing is only available by appointment and for those who qualify based on guidelines from public health officials.
